　2019年に欧州・中国の胸部心臓血管麻酔学会が発行する学会誌Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiaの中で“Patient Blood Management for Neonates and Children Undergoing Cardiac Surgery: 2019 NATA Guidelines^※1”が発表されました。

【内容】

このガイドラインは以下についてGRADE分類^※2されています。

1. Preoperative Anemia and Optimization of Hemoglobin
2. Preoperative Coagulation Assessment and Risk Stratification
3. Antifibrinolytics
4. Cardiopulmonary Bypass and Priming（Circuit Size, Target Hematocrit During CPB, Priming Fluid, Ultrafiltration）
5. Cell Salvage and Normovolemic Hemodilution
6. Anticoagulation and Monitoring
7. Intraoperative Monitoring of Hemostasis
8. Postoperative RBC Transfusion and Thresholds (Platelet Transfusion)
9. Fibrinogen Supplementation (Prothrombin Complex Concentrates)
10. Other Products: Recombinant Activated Factor Ⅶ and Desmopressin
